Project Management

But when we work together, I help you find solutions that actually save you money—so more of your budget goes toward what matters to you. Working with you, I can:
- Create an overall schedule and timeline for the work to be completed
- Coordinate and work closely with each trade partner (contractor, plumber, electrician, etc.)
- Be available to answer any and all questions as the project unfolds
- Stop by the job site regularly to ensure work is progressing on schedule and as planned
